Remote Support
Any problem, as long as you have an active internet connection, we can support you.
We do everything from personal setups to malware & virus removal from anywhere within Australia. Not only that, we provide a flat rate of $50 per hour for remote support (charged out at a minimum of $50 and proceeding each hour). Now that's keeping the prices down. Even if you do not have an active internet connection we can support you over the phone for the same price but we are Technicians and not Magicians so we hope you understand we may not be able to resolve physical issues.
Managed Service Plans
Managed Service Plans. Sounds weird, right? Essentially what we do is we provide you with multiple ways of maintaining your computers by weekly and monthly cleanups and servicing on top of critical issue monitoring and advisory. In short, we can provide for both preventative maintenance and early warning sign detection of both hardware and software problems. An all-round solution for every user both for longevity of your equipment and early detection of common problems.
